Please unsubscribe me from email notifications

Overview:

You can manage most email notification preferences directly through your Bell Direct account without needing to contact our team.

Managing your email preferences online

  1. Log in to your Bell Direct account and select My Account from the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Under Additional Options, click Alerts.
  3. Select or deselect the notifications you wish to receive, then save your preferences.

The following notifications can be turned on or off:

  • Daily newsletters
  • Order and booking notifications
  • Login alerts

Please note that account security notifications are mandatory and cannot be disabled, as they are essential to maintaining the security of your account.

If you're unable to update your preferences online, or if you continue to receive notifications after making changes, please contact our support team via Live Chat or call us on 1300 786 199.
