Overview:
You can manage most email notification preferences directly through your Bell Direct account without needing to contact our team.
Managing your email preferences online
- Log in to your Bell Direct account and select My Account from the top-right corner of the screen.
- Under Additional Options, click Alerts.
- Select or deselect the notifications you wish to receive, then save your preferences.
The following notifications can be turned on or off:
- Daily newsletters
- Order and booking notifications
- Login alerts
Please note that account security notifications are mandatory and cannot be disabled, as they are essential to maintaining the security of your account.
