How to update my contact details

You can update your contact details online via your Bell Direct account. Once logged in, follow the steps below:

1. Select the “My Account” tab located at the top right corner of the page.


2. From the “Your Information” panel, select “Contact Details.”


3. Update your preferred email and mobile number as required.


4. Enter your trading PIN and click “Save” to confirm and apply the changes.

During the call, our team will complete an identity verification process by asking a series of security questions. For your convenience, please have your account details available.
