How do I unlock my account?

If either your account, or your PIN has been locked, you’ll need to contact our support team to unlock it.

 

You can either call us on 1300 786 199 or reach out via Live Chat.

 

Phone support is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Sydney time).
Live Chat support is available Monday to Friday, from 9:15 am to 6:30 pm (Sydney time).

 

During the call or chat session, identity verification will be required. This includes a one‑time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number, along with a series of security questions.

 

For your convenience, please ensure your phone and account details are readily available.
