Adding an authorised representative
You can add an authorised representative to your Bell Direct account by submitting the Adding Authorised Representative form to our support team. You can find this form on your Bell Direct account under My Account > Forms.
The authorised representative must have their own unique login to Bell Direct in order to access your account.
If they are an existing Bell Direct client, their existing username may be nominated directly on the form.
If they are not an existing Bell Direct client, a username must first be registered. Once registration is complete, the newly created username can be nominated on the form.
Please note that identification documentation (such as a driver’s licence or passport) must be provided for the authorised representative, unless they are already an existing Bell Direct client.
Once successfully added, authorised representatives will access the account using their own login credentials and will be authorised to trade on the account.
Authorised representatives are not permitted to perform the following actions:
- Suspend or close the account
- Restrict or prohibit account holders from trading
- Request stock transfers or conversions
- Request fund transfers into or out of the trading account
Amend account registration details or change the nominated bank account
You can remove an authorised representative from your Bell Direct account at any time by submitting a written and signed request to our support team. This must be signed by all account holders.
