I would like to opt in to have dividends and distributions automatically paid into my Direct Investment Account for my Bell Direct broker sponsored share portfolio. This authorisation will replace existing instructions provided to the share registry to receive dividends electronically. I agree that this request is in accordance with Clause 24 of the Bell Direct Terms & Conditions and understand that not all companies pay dividends electronically. I note that this would not override my DRP instructions.
I would like to Opt In to have my tax file number automatically sent to the share registries for my Bell Direct portfolio holdings. I confirm that the Tax File number details provided are correct. If the Tax File number details are not correct or they have not been updated to Bell Direct, it may result in withholding tax being withheld from dividends and distributions.
