What do I do if there is a change in trustee?

You will need to create a new trading account:

  1. Click on 'My Account'
  2. On the right hand side, locate 'Common Task' and click on 'Create Trading Account'.
  3. Choose the type of account depending on the new trustee
  4. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the application

Please note that it will take within 3 business days for us to process your application. You will be required to transfer your existing shares across to the newly created account once the account is active.
