What do I do if there is a change in trustee?

To create a new trading account for a new trustee, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to your Bell Direct account and select My Account.

  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, locate Common Tasks and select Create Trading Account.

  3. Select the appropriate account type based on the newly appointed trustee.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the application process.

 

Please note that applications are generally processed within three business days. Once the new account has been activated, any existing shares will need to be transferred into the newly created account.
