We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering closing your Bell Direct account. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that no holdings remain in your portfolio and that all funds have been withdrawn from your cash account.
To close your account, you’ll need to submit a signed copy of the account closure form to our support team.
You can find the form online via your Bell Direct account.
When filling in the form, please ensure that you clearly state the account name and number as per your Bell Direct account, and that you sign the form physically as we cannot accept digital signatures.
