To update your account name, follow the steps below:
1. Download the required account name update form from the Bell Direct website or here: https://www.belldirect.com.au/info/Forms/BellDirectChangeofName_20120229.pdf
2. Print and complete the form with the following details:
Your trading account number
Your trading account name
Your current registered name

Your new personal name or new company name
3. Sign and date the completed form using a pen. The signature provided should match the signature on your identification document.
4. Attach the relevant supporting documentation based on the reason for the name change:
Change of name due to marriage - Original certified copy of marriage certificate
Change of name due to divorce—Original certified copy of decree nisi, and original certified copy of birth certificate
Change of name due to formal name change—Original certified copy of Name Change certificate
- Addition or removal of a middle name - Certified copy of your Identification Document with matching name
Change of name due to error - Certified copy of your own Identification Document with the correct name

5. Submit the completed form and supporting documents via one of the following methods:
