You can update your PIN by logging in to your account and doing the following:
1. Click on 'My Account' or alternatively visit https://www.belldirect.com.au/account.
2. Locate 'Account Security' and click on 'PIN'
3. Enter your current PIN
4. Type in your new PIN
5. Click on 'Change' and your PIN will be updated
If your account is locked due to multiple wrong PINs, please call us at 1300 786 199 or approach us via Livechat. During the call/chat, we will need to verify your identity through One Time Password sent to your mobile and a series of security questions. Please have your phone & account details ready for verification.
