You can update your trading PIN online by logging onto your active Bell Direct account and following the steps below:
1. Select “My Account” from the top‑right corner of the screen. Alternatively, access the page directly via the My Account section on the Bell Direct website.
2. Navigate to “Account Security” and select “PIN.”
3. Enter your current PIN.
4. Enter your new PIN.
5. Click “Change” to confirm the update.
If your account has been locked due to multiple incorrect PIN attempts, contact us via Live Chat or call us on 1300 786 199 to reset your PIN.
During the call or chat session, identity verification will be required. This includes a one‑time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number, along with a series of security questions. For your convenience, please ensure your phone and account details are readily available.
