How do I update my password?

You may update your password by logging in to your account.

1. Click on 'My Account' or alternatively, please visit https://www.belldirect.com.au/account.

2. Under 'Account Security', click on 'Password'.

3. Enter your current password

4. Type in your new password and confirm your new password

5. Click on 'Change' and your password will be updated.

 

If you are not able to log in, please call us at 1300 786 199 or approach us via Livechat. During the call/chat, we will need to verify your identity through One Time Password sent to your mobile and a series of security questions. Please have your phone & account details ready for verification. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Sydney time, while our chat communication line is open from 9.15am - 6.30pm Sydney Time.
