How do I withdraw funds from Bell Direct? (Direct Investment Account)

You can request a funds withdrawal from your Bell Direct account to your nominated bank account at any time once the funds are settled and available for withdrawal. To do so, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Access Funds Transfer

    Log in to your Bell Direct account and select “My Account”. From the drop‑down menu, click on “Funds Transfer.”

2. Enter Withdrawal Details

Please ensure the correct trading account is selected from the “Select an Account” drop‑down list. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm your nominated bank account details.

When entering the withdrawal amount, please ensure no special symbols sure as comma or dollar signs are used.
For example, to withdraw one thousand dollars and eleven cents, enter 1000.11 (decimal is acceptable).

The maximum amount available for withdrawal is displayed under “Available Funds” in the Direct Investment Account section on the right‑hand side of the page.

3. Confirm and Submit

Submit your withdrawal request by entering your trading PIN.

Please note that the cut‑off time for fund transfer requests is 2:30 pm. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Funds typically take 1–2 business days to appear in your nominated bank account.

  • At the time of processing, your available transfer balance will be recalculated, and the maximum amount available (up to the requested amount) will be transferred. If your available balance has reduced since the request was submitted, the transferred amount will be adjusted accordingly.

*For accounts that settle via a Macquarie Cash Management Account (CMA), no action is required. Trades settle directly through the linked CMA, and withdrawals or deposits are not necessary.
