How can I Update my Address?

You can update the following address details on your account:

 

  • Residential address
  • Postal/CHESS address (used for Bell Potter Cash Trust correspondence and CHESS statements)

 

You can download the Change of Address form from the Bell Direct website. Alternatively, you can access the form by logging in to your account, navigating to My Account, then selecting Forms, and choosing Change of Address under Additional Forms.

 

Print and complete the form with the following information:

 

  • Account number
  • Account name
  • Existing address
  • New residential address
  • New postal/CHESS address

 

Sign and date the completed form using a pen. The signature provided should match the signature on your identification document.

 

Submit the completed form via one of the following methods:

 

  • Email: support@belldirect.com.au
  • Fax: 03 8663 2799
  • Post: Attention – New Account, GPO Box 1630, Sydney NSW 2001
