How do I reset my password?

If you are having trouble logging in to your account, the issue may be related to an incorrect password entry.

 

  1. Resetting your password

     

    Clients may reset their password by selecting “Forgot Password” on the login page and entering their username. Once submitted, please click “Reset Password.”

     

  2. Check your email

    An email containing instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. If the email does not appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

     

  3. Setting a new password

    Follow the link provided in the email, enter your username, and create and confirm a new password to regain access to your account.
     

  4. Account locked

     

    If multiple unsuccessful login attempts have been made, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. In this instance, please contact us on live chat or call us at 1300 786 199. Our team will guide you through the account reactivation process and complete identity verification, so please have your account details available.
