How do I view, amend or cancel a domestic market order?

 

  • You can view any open or completed order online via the Bell Direct website. Log in, and navigate to the Orders tab. 

     

  • You can also opt-in to receive order confirmations sent to your registered email address.

     

  • You can amend or cancel any open order in the same place.

     

  • Find the relevant order in the Open Orders section, and you can either update the details, such as quantity, price or validity, or cancel the order altogether.

     

  • For partially filled orders, if you want to amend only the price, leave the quantity unchanged. The platform will automatically recognise the portion already filled and apply the amendment to the remaining unfilled quantity only.

     

  • Alternatively, you can amend or cancel an order over the phone by contacting the Customer Service team on 1300 786 199.

     

  • Please note that no additional charges apply for amending or cancelling orders.
