How do I check if my order is completed?

You can access order information by selecting the Orders tab and navigating to the Orders section.

 

  • Orders that are unfilled or partially filled will continue to appear in the Open Orders section.
  • Orders that have been completed, cancelled, or purged will be displayed in the Order History section.

     

*For completed orders, one or more corresponding contract notes are generated. These documents are available under Portfolio and Reporting > Reports > Statements and Invoices > Contract Note History.
