How do I know if my conditional order has been triggered?

 

When a conditional order has been triggered, you'll be notified via email and SMS, where SMS notifications have been enabled.

Notifications are issued for the following events:

  • Conditional orders that are placed, amended, or cancelled

  • Triggered conditional orders

  • Rejected triggered conditional orders

  • Purged conditional orders

     

You can also view the status of your conditional order at any time by navigating to the “Conditional Orders” section within the “Orders” tab of your account.

 

Please note that triggering a conditional order does not guarantee execution. All triggered orders remain subject to Bell Direct’s validation and operational review. An order may be rejected if it does not meet our requirements or if there are insufficient funds or holdings available to fulfil the instruction.
