Activating conditional orders
You can enable conditional orders once logged into your Bell Direct account by navigating to the My Account page and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions under the conditional orders section.
Once activated, you can access your conditional orders by selecting the Conditional Order icon from the left‑hand toolbar.
Tracking a conditional order
All active and historical conditional orders can be viewed by navigating to the “Orders” tab and selecting “Conditional Orders.”
From this page, you can:
- View detailed information for specific conditional orders
- Check the current status of orders
- Amend or cancel individual conditional orders
- Cancel all active conditional orders, if required
Amending a conditional order
You can amend or cancel an active conditional order at any time.
Please navigate to the “Conditional Orders” section within the “Orders” tab, where all open conditional orders are displayed.
Locate the conditional order you wish to update and select “Order Details” on the right‑hand side of the screen. From this section, the order may be viewed, amended, or cancelled as required.
Resetting a conditional order
Expired conditional orders may be reused to streamline the creation of a new order.
You can access your conditional order history by navigating to the “Conditional Orders” section in the “Orders” tab. Locate the expired conditional order you wish to reuse and select “Reset” under the Status column.
The conditional order pad will open with the previous details pre‑filled. Please review all trigger conditions and order instructions carefully, then select “Confirm” to submit the new conditional order.
