How to complete a Broker to Broker Transfer form?

You can submit a Broker-to-Broker form to our support team via email. To locate and complete the form, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your Bell Direct account and hover over the “My Account” tab located at the top‑right corner of the website.

  • Select “Forms”, then click on the “Broker to Broker Transfer Request” form under the “Additional Forms” section.

  • Enter your Bell Direct Account Name and Account Number. These details are available under the “Trading Account Information” section at the bottom of the My Account page.

  • Complete the first section of the form, which relates to your external broker only. Please ensure the information provided matches the details registered with your external broker. Your most recent holding statement may be used as a reference to ensure accuracy.

    Additional Guideline to complete the form:

  1. Account Designation: Complete this field only where applicable (SMSF and Trust accounts only).

  2. Name of Existing Sponsoring Participant: Enter the name of your external broker.

  3. Account Number: Enter your account number held with the external broker.

  4. HIN: Provide your Holder Identification Number registered with the external broker. If the external broker is a Custodian, you can simply input as Custodian in the HIN column

  5. Broker Number (PID): Enter the PID of your external broker. If this information is unknown, please contact your external broker directly for confirmation.

     

  • List the securities you wish to transfer, ensuring all ticker codes and the corresponding number of units are entered correctly.

  • Sign the form using a wet‑ink (handwritten) signature and include the date of signing.

  • Once the form has been completed, please scan and return it via email to support@belldirect.com.au for processing.
