To withdraw USD and convert to AUD, follow the steps below:
View your available USD funds on the Order Pad, Portfolio screen, or Funds Transfer screen.
Access the Funds Transfer screen from the main navigation menu.
Select the International Transfer tab. Your available AUD and USD balances for trading and withdrawal are displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Ensure the Send field shows the Australian flag and AUD, and the Receive field shows the US flag and USD.
Enter the amount to be sent or received, then press the Tab key. The system will automatically calculate the corresponding amount based on the FX rate shown on screen.
Select Next to proceed.
Enter your PIN and select Confirm to complete the transfer.
Following completion, trading on the domestic market is available immediately. Funds are generally available for withdrawal to your nominated external bank account within one business day.
