You can apply for an international trading account online via your Bell Direct account.
Log in, navigate to the My Account page, and then scroll down to the International Application section. From here, click new application and follow the steps.

Please note that at this stage, international trading accounts are only available to individual trading accounts, with the Direct Investment Account as the settlement option.
International trading access for additional account types is currently in development and will be made available in future.
