- Compile the death certificate, will, and Grant of Probate (if applicable).

- Call or email Bell Direct (1300 786 199/support@belldirect.com.au) to report the account holder's passing and provide executor's details.
3. Account Freeze
- Bell Direct freezes the account to prevent unauthorised trades
4. Submit Required Forms
- An email outlining the requirements will be sent to the executors/solicitors and you may submit the required original certified documents.
5. The next course of action to finalise the estate will be advised once documents have been reviewed and verified.
