How to Update my Contact Details

You can update your password by logging in to your account.

1. Click on 'My Account' or alternatively, you can visit https://www.belldirect.com.au/account.

2. Under Account Security, click on 'Password'.

3. Enter your current password.

4. Type in your new password, then, confirm your new password.

5. Click on 'Change' and your password will be updated.

 

If you are not able to log in, please call us at 1300 786 199 and have your account details ready for verification. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm AEST.
