How do I Reset my Password?

1. If you're having trouble logging in:

It's possible you entered the wrong password.

2. Reset your password:

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your username. Click "Reset Password."

3. Check your email:

You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

4. Set a new password:

Click the link in the email. Enter your username. Create and confirm your new password.

5. If your account is locked:

If you've entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be locked. Call us at 1300 786 199 and have your account details ready for verification. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm Sydney time.
